This particular project saw the conversion of an attached barn of a Grade II Listed Georgian Home and external works to the property.
The proposals included a kitchen/breakfast room and utility room at the ground floor level, along with a principal bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite on the first floor. This barn links to the main house via an opening at ground floor level. A glazed link is also provided between the barn and an old Piggery to the rear and is to be used as an office.
Outside the property, we introduced a pool and tennis court for the family to enjoy along with an oak-framed garage. The proposals respected the existing material palette, undertaking sensitive repair works to provide a sympathetic design response.
