To create a successful masterplan and focus on placemaking, our approach to larger residential schemes starts by understanding the client's brief and analysing the site, its opportunities and constraints.
Establishing a concept and considering the landscape that homes sit within allows the architecture to come together. Form and building typology can then be suitable for the site context and often take cues from historical development patterns.
We work regularly with other professionals such as; planning, highways, landscape, ecologists, civil engineers and many other experts to prepare and deliver a considered design solution that meets both technical and legislative requirements.
Whether the master plan has been produced for land promotion, bids or planning applications, we are experienced in presenting to various stakeholders, statutory bodies and the public to showcase the process and put forward the proposals.
