We have an in house planning consultant that can tackle any permitted development or potentially difficult planning applications. We do feel that in our experience that in potentially difficult planning or projects that involve alterations to Listed Buildings that seeking Pre-application advice is a great process to decipher the Local Authorities stance on a potential project. As part of our service we collate the necessary documentation for Planning Applications including Design Statements, planning forms and OS plans.
